Since September 2008, it has been mandatory for all early years providers in Ofsted registered settings to work within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. As an Ofstef registered childminder, it is Claire’s legal responsibility to ensure that White Hart Childcare’s provision meets the statutory learning, development and welfare requirements.
